This autumn will be golden – at least where preparatory accounting is concerned. Because as of now, GetMyInvoices users can do more than “just” gather documents automatically with and in our invoice management solution, or forward those to other solutions. They also have the option to pay invoices directly from GetMyInvoices.
With the new payment feature, invoice processing time can be decreased even further, since the necessary payment information doesn’t have to be entered in a separate program anymore. Instead, simply call up the automatically imported invoice in GetMyInvoices, click “Payment”, enter and check the bank details, click “Pay now” and settle the invoice securely by bank transfer! Paying has never been easier.
New Dashboard
To match this, we developed a new dashboard. It displays notifications and package scopes more prominently than before. This way, it can be seen at a glance which tasks have to be dealt with to ensure the continued smooth functioning of automated import of invoices and preparatory bookkeeping. As well as that, it displays which quotas are still available in the chosen package. According to requirement, the package can simply be extended with a click of the mouse.
More Interfaces
In addition, GetMyInvoices boasts even more interfaces. We recently set up an import synchronization interface with smallinvoice. This is an online software for the creation of invoices including accounts payable management, invoice dispatch, overdue processes, project management and time recording, as well as offer preparation. Via the interface, invoices drawn up in smallinvoice can be automatically transmitted into GetMyInvoices. There, they are available along with other documents for further processing or to forward into other solutions.
