Once you have purchased the first integration from much. you will get the Integration Hub installed on your Odoo database. You can access it much like you would any other module such as Odoo Accounting or Sales. (Visit https://odoo-fuer-deutschland.de/integrationen/ for more information about integrations from much. Consulting.)
Go to Integration Hub / Integration / Add Integration.
Select the GetMyInvoices integration and name it.
The integration is now created and can be configured. To do this, go to the integration settings.
In the integration settings, you can add the API key and a default supplier, as well as set a tax mapping. The default supplier is used if no suitable supplier could be found. The tax mapping assigns the corresponding percentage tax to the respective tax objects in Odoo (see image).
Set up the tax assignment. Here you can set which tax amount corresponds to which tax object in Odoo.
In the next step you can determine when the integration should run. Under Next run you can select the date on which the import should be started. Under Execute every you can set the frequency with which the import should be executed, e.g. every second day or once per hour. For complex company structures with multiple companies, the Odoo Multi-Company feature can be used to select the company for which the integration should be executed.
The set up is now complete. Now click on the Start button.
Now it will only take a short time until you can view the exported documents in your Odoo Accounting module.
You can also run the integration manually. Select Run manually. Set the time frame in which the data should be imported and click Run.
Odoo is an open source ERP system consisting of over 30 main applications as well as more than 16,000 third-party apps. On the one hand, it offers the basic ERP modules such as purchasing & sales, logistics, manufacturing & accounting, but also many other integrations such as MRP, CRM, PMS, web & eCommerce. The exchange of information between these modules is seamless and so efficient that current company data can be accessed anywhere and at any time in the system. Odoo is the ideal system for companies from 0 – 250m€ turnover, i.e. the size of a start-up to established medium-sized companies. Thanks to its modular principle, users can start with individual apps and add modules as needed later on.
