1. Begin Integration Process
Login to GetMyInvoices > In the right-hand menu, choose “Synchronization” > Click “Add Synchronization Account” > Click “Export” > Choose lexoffice> Click “Continue”!
2. Add Synchronization Settings
If required, add a note > Click “Extended Settings” > Specify the export document types and tags, if required activate the approval field > Decide, whether documents should be archived after transfer in GetMyInvoices > Click “Continue”!
3. Connect with lexoffice
Use the pop-up window to login to you lexoffice account > Authorize GetMyInvoices to retrieve the status of uploaded pictures and upload document images in lexoffice by clicking “Allow Access”!
4. Add Synchronization Account
Enter the account type and name > If necessary, specify the standard contact and standard accounting category > Define the time period for the export documents > Click “Save”!
