Spring has finally arrived and GetMyInvoices is full of energy! Not only does our invoice management solution boast new import interfaces and connections to even more portals, but an important new feature, too: the Quick Feedback.
As of now, our Quick Feedback is employed during the connection of portals to make that process even more user-friendly. If users ever had any difficulties in connecting a portal – for example, because the sending and entering of the two-factor codes took too long during high utilization – that’s a thing of the past now. After entering the access data, users receive a loading mask containing information about the remaining time of the current step, and the code to be entered is sent directly. More than 500 portals already support this faster process, including the most important ones like Google, Amazon and Facebook. Bit by bit, the feature will be extended to the other portals.
A second improvement to usability can be found in our extended Single Sign-On log-in. Users can login to the backend of the invoice management solution not only with their access data for GetMyInvoices and netID account providers, but with their Facebook, Google and LinkedIn access data, too. This should finally sort out the annoying search for deposited email addresses and passwords.
As well as that, everyone using billwerk and Deals & Projects by julitec can transfer their documents from these solutions to other systems with even more ease. Because import interfaces from GetMyInvoices now exist – firstly, to the subscription management platform billwerk. This platform helps in flexibly managing contracts and open posts, automatizing repeat invoices, and automatically dealing with recurring payments. Secondly, the interface to the agency software by julitec supports businesses in acquiring, implementing and invoicing projects. Using it, outgoing invoices can be automatically forwarded to GetMyInvoices, and from there to accounting solutions, for example.
