GetMyInvoices Update: Our extras for your final sprint in 2021

To help you get motivated for the year-end rally after changing the clocks, we have worked hard in October. GetMyInvoices now features several additional refinements. In addition, tax advisors, companies, and individuals will find a solution to implement the property tax reform as easily as possible with the GrundsteuerDigital. Last but not least, we guide you at virtual and on-site events to put your invoice management in pole position.

Our workflow feature has received an upgrade with the setting of a payment limit. This means that you can define cost limits in the approval process. For instance, it is possible to have an invoice that is higher than €1,000 approved only by a selected person, such as the managing director.

Export invoices automatically to hmd.dts

Furthermore, GetMyInvoices has an interface to the data transfer system from hmd-Software. Using hmd.dts, clients of tax consultants can digitally and securely transfer their documents to the office, regardless of whether they are documents for income tax, payroll, or accounting. GetMyInvoices completely automates the document delivery process, saving clients valuable time. Users of hmd.dts can set up the link with GetMyInvoices themselves. Simple implementation of the property tax reform

The mandatory revaluation of real estate can be carried out completely digitally with GrundsteuerDigital. Tax consultants can declare the property tax values of their clients and keep track of upcoming deadlines. Companies determine the revaluations of their property tax values and transfer the data directly to the tax office, and private individuals complete the declaration in three small stages.

Personal tips for your invoice management

At Amagno.Connect 2021, our Director of Business Operations, Christian Heimrich, assisted the annual financial statement, the hot phase of which is now beginning. After all, he answered a mystical question that probably everyone who traditionally does preparatory accounting often asks: “Where is the invoice?” Of course, this meant any receipt. Christian presented GetMyInvoices as a complete solution for invoice management. It collects invoices & co. automatically and centrally, enables bank allocation and payment maps financial processes and approvals as well as expense management complementary to accounting tools, document management systems, and other solutions. Next, we will be at the DATEV Marketplace Expo in person on November 11 in Munich and on November 16 in Berlin. There we will set up a booth and hold a presentation. Here we will present GetMyInvoices in interaction with DATEV Unternehmen online.

CAN COST CENTERS BE STORED IN GETMYINVOICES AT THE DOCUMENT LEVEL?
Currently, we are in the process of adding this feature to the DATEV and sevDesk interface. In the future, it is also planned that these fields can be filled in for other export destinations.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EDIT DOCUMENTS VIA THE SCAN APP OR ARE THESE CHANGES SAVED IN THE SYSTEM?
Every document that you upload via the scan app can be edited directly in the app, for example by depositing a note. These changes are then saved and displayed in the system.
