Lübeck/Gescher. As of now, the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices automatically transmits documents to the filesharing and archiving solution foxdox, provided by ECM software manufacturer d.velop. The developers have created an interface which can be set up in the GetMyInvoices backend under “Synchronization” in just a few steps. Thus, foxdox users can import numerous documents without any manual effort.
“GetMyInvoices automatically retrieves invoices and other documents from more than 5,000 online portals and saves them in central document management”, says Björn Kahle, COO of fino, the fintech start-up providing invoice management solution GetMyInvoices. Moreover, the software imports account statements, email invoices, and documents that have been scanned or filed in different online filing systems. Consequently, users are able to save and organize all their documents with minimal initial effort in one location. What makes it special: from the central document management, the required documents can be automatically transmitted to a multitude of other solutions. Those include, for example, accounting software, document management systems and cloud storage. “Therefore, GetMyInvoices is a central hub for all documents and helps businesses to efficiently implement document-based processes”, Björn Kahle elucidates.
“foxdox users can automatically import any required document from GetMyInvoices, depending on which ones they need for their workflow”, Alexander Zirl, Managing Director of the d.velop business services Ltd, adds – and explains: “foxdox offers secure filing options and legally compliant archiving, managing and filesharing of all types of documents.” Users have the option to archive the documents gathered in GetMyInvoices audit-proof with foxdox-dms. As well as that, documents can be shared with business partners and clients, published or used on the go offline via foxdox-share.
The advantages of the interface are plain to see: foxdox users work even more efficiently with the aid of GetMyInvoices. By eliminating the manual recording of documents, fewer mistakes occur. In addition, time and expenses are saved.
foxdox is a legally compliant archiving solution provided by ECM software manufacturer d.velop plc. foxdox is an excellent fit for smaller businesses of all sectors, self-employed persons and freelance professionals, and is used, among others, in the following scenarios: audit-proof, legally compliant filing and archiving of outgoing and incoming invoices. foxdox attaches a lot of importance to trust and security, and prioritizes those in all their activities. This means that users can rely on German data protection. The server locations are ISO-27001 certified and are exclusively operated in German sovereign territory. Every document is saved encoded, in accordance with current industrial standards, with AES-256-bit encryption. Additionally, foxdox received the software certificate according to IDW PS880. This confirms that documents can be saved online audit-proof with foxdox. Find more information here: https://www.d-velop.de/foxdox/revisionssicherheit/
