Lübeck.Through fino’s association with anybill, additional options open up for users of the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices. anybill is an app that digitally transmits receipts or other documents to the customer’s smartphone. Using an interface, the documents can be directly exported from there to GetMyInvoices. That saves GetMyInvoices users from photographing paper receipts, and means benefiting from a document transfer free of media disruption.
GetMyInvoices offers companies support in invoice management by automatically downloading invoices from more than 5,000 portals, retrieving them from email post boxes, and making them centrally available in a secure cloud environment. With the connection to anybill, it is now also possible to directly transfer receipts to GetMyInvoicesthat accrue when you are shopping, visiting restaurants or getting fuel – because anybill enables traders, restaurant owners and other enterprises to comply with the receipt issuing obligation, which has come into force since the beginning of 2020, by digitally transmitting invoices to their customers‘ smartphones. The environmentally damaging printing on thermal paper and unnecessary piles of rubbish can thus be avoided.
Using anybill is easy. The customer downloads the free app in the App Store or Google Play. The anybill app displays a QR code, which will be scanned at the checkout to digitally transmit the receipt to the customer.

anybill now has a linkage to fino’s invoice management solution GetMyInvoices. That brings companies the advantage of being able to directly export hospitality-, fuel- and other business-relevant receipts from anybill to GetMyInvoices. GetMyInvoices, on the other hand, comprises interfaces to numerous accounting programmes and document management systems, so that the invoices received from anybill can be directly forwarded to those solutions. In the process, GetMyInvoices’ integrated OCR reads all relevant data, meaning typing by hand is no longer necessary.
