As of now, users of the document management solution ecoDMS Archiv will be able to automatically archive incoming invoices from the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices in the system. To that end, the GetMyInvoices programmers linked their solution with the ecoDMS server, via ecoDMS API Rest Service – a win-win situation.
GetMyInvoices helps to automatize accounting. The software automatically retrieves incoming invoices from over 3,000 online portals, as well as from electronic post boxes, and reads details like invoicing date and amount in the process. In addition, paper documents can be captured via smartphone or tablet. All invoices are saved in central document management and can be dealt with comfortably right there. This includes invoice synchronisation with other systems, online accounting systems, or the tax consultant. This new interface means a further increase in connectivity. “Clients of GetMyInvoices now have the possibility to file their incoming invoices in an affordable document management system and archive all relevant documents in one system”, Björn Kahle, Managing Director of fino data services Ltd, provider of GetMyInvoices, explains.
ecoDMS users, on the other hand, also benefit from the additional utilization of GetMyInvoices. They are now able to automatically transfer bills saved in GetMyInvoices to ecoDMS.
