GetMyInvoices connects with Teamleader for even smarter Invoice Management

Users of the CRM, project management and invoicing software Teamleader can from now on automatically transfer their outgoing invoices, created within the solution with just a few clicks, to even more systems – thereby profiting from the decisive advantages automatized bookkeeping offers. And all because GetMyInvoices’ programmers have linked their interface-friendly invoice management solution with Teamleader (https://marketplace.teamleader.eu/eu/en/detail/get-my-invoices/get-my-invoices/9c0857). 

“GetMyInvoices functions as a document turntable”, Björn Kahle, Managing Director of fino data services Ltd, provider of GetMyInvoices, explains. The software doesn’t just automatically retrieve outgoing invoices from Teamleader, but also incoming invoices from over 3,000 online portals and bills from email boxes, third-party solutions like OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, invoicing tools and document management systems. Furthermore, users can capture documents on the go via smartphone or tablet. Data like invoice date and amount are extracted automatically, while the document is saved in central document management GDPR-compliantly. Via the webbrowser, users have a direct overview of all invoices, and can comfortably manage them – group, tag or research them, set up clearance workflows, or define which invoices are to be automatically forwarded, and where to. The choice of possibilities is immense. It reaches from a diversity of accounting systems over document management systems all the way to DATEV. “Thus, users of Teamleader can transfer all their invoices to accounts or the tax consultant without any additional effort”, Björn Kahle describes a typical application scenario.
