GetMyInvoices made available via Open Integration HubInvoice management solution selected for connector development
Lübeck/Köln. The invoice management solution GetMyInvoices will be one of the first systems joining when the integration platform Open Integration Hub is due to be launched mid next year
since at Cloud Ecosystem’s Summer Connection in Cologne on June 20th 2018, Simplessus, as provider of GetMyInvoices, has been awarded the contract to develop a connector to join the solution to the platform.
The Open Integration Hub is an open project aiming to standardize data exchange between business applications. Using only one interface, data can be exchanged with all other solution that comply with the standard. This reduces effort for both software providers and users. The openness ensures high acceptance of the standard in the market. The technology’s free availability enables any company to offer new business models based on data exchange and integration. The Open Integration Hub is a project run by the German cloud economy under the leadership of the branch association Cloud Ecosystem (registered association), and is supposed to be made publicly available as open source after completion.
“For us, it means that we can increase GetMyInvoices’ connectivity even more, by presently about 35 interfaces”, explains Bjoern Kahle, Managing Director of Simplessus, and continues: “We are delighted about the regard bestowed, to be one of the first software providers to join the Open Integration Hub.”
After the announcement of GetMyInvoices and a further nine partners, the development of the respective connectors under adherence to quality guidelines, as well as the development of documentation, will begin with the help of subsidies.
GetMyInvoices is a cloud-based solution for invoice management that is of particular interest to small and medium-sized businesses. It retrieves all bills from more than 5000 online portals automatically – and records the invoice date and amount. In addition, it imports invoices received by email, or scanned via smartphone or tablet. Documents are filed transparently in central document storage. GetMyInvoices allows the synchronisation of invoices with other systems, online accounting software and tax consultants. Documents can also be transferred via email, FTP or WebDAV to accounting systems and document management systems. The solution has a capability for intuitive handling and capacity for teamwork. Users benefit from more clarity, less bookkeeping effort and more time for developing entrepreneurial ideas. GetMyInvoices is available in five scopes of performance: Essential, Small, Standard, Professional and Enterprise.
