With immediate effect, users of Stotax Select have even more possibilities to import receipts into the cloud software of StollfußMedien GmbH & Co KG – as the software now has an interface to the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices, which automatically gathers various documents. Thus, enterprises can save on effort and time. Tax consultants are able to always access current invoices and other relevant documents.
“GetMyInvoices retrieves documents from thousands of online portals – from your amazon invoice over the telephone bill to insurance notices”, says Björn Kahle, managing director of fino data services Ltd, provider of GetMyInvoices, and adds: “As well as that, our solution imports invoices from specified email boxes, and users are able to upload documents themselves.” To that end, a manual upload function and a scan app – with which receipts can be comfortably and securely captured when and where they are originated, for example – are available. This way, all accounting-relevant receipts reach the central document management in the shortest possible time. From there, they can comfortably be processed further. In this context, users can specify which documents they want to automatically export to Stotax Select, and in which time intervals. The autopilot will then take care of the transfer.
In Stotax Select, the documents will be available straight away, along with the module-dependently generated or otherwise imported invoices and receipts. Via a seamless, uninterrupted interface, documents can be forwarded straight to the tax consultant.
