Kassel. With immediate effect, the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices offers an interface to the business software bexio. With its help, users can automatically import offers, invoices and orders created in bexio into GetMyInvoices. From there, in turn, the documents can be transferred into a multitude of other systems. This enables companies to set up highly individual and efficient workflows for different accounting tasks.
“With the implementation of the new interface we reacted to the wishes of several customers”, Björn Kahle, Managing Director of fino data services Ltd, provider of GetMyInvoices, explains. So far, over 20,000 small entrepreneurs, start-ups and self-employed workers use bexio to manage contacts, to create offers, invoices, orders and credit notes, to email offers and invoices directly from the application, to book outgoing invoices and to record supplier invoices. As well as that, users can transmit supplier bills to e-banking, take care of bank account reconciliation, and create balance sheets and income statements. Options for product management, time recording, projects and warehouse management complement the range of functions.
Users wanting to export receipts from bexio can automatically transmit the required documents to GetMyInvoices. Relevant information is being machine-extracted and made available for further processing. The special feature: In GetMyInvoices’ central document management, users can transparently organize documents from the most diverse sources, as the software retrieves incoming invoices from more than 3,000 online portals and email boxes. Paper receipts can be captured, and account statements and credit card bills can be fetched, via smartphone or tablet. All other documents can be imported from numerous other systems, including cloud storage. Users have the option to archive all files and to synchronize them with other systems. The range reaches from cloud storage over online accounting systems to tax advisor applications – since GetMyInvoices also offers a DATEV export interface.
