Lübeck/Kassel. fino data services GmbH, situated in Kassel, will distribute and expand the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices by Simplessus, with immediate effect. Thus, the fast-paced software, which automatically retrieves and organizes invoices from online portals, can boast optimum resources in future, same as in the past. It will be able to fulfil the requirements of its increasing number of clients within the shortest possible time, and develop into an even more efficient hub for all your important documents.
“In recent times, we enabled import of invoices from numerous new portals every month, a two- or three-digit growth each time, and created one new interface with different accounting solutions and document management systems after the other”, Björn Kahle, previous managing director of GetMyInvoices-developer Simplessus, says. He is, alongside Florian Christ, managing director of the recently founded fino data services GmbH; in the new set-up, he and the entirety of his team hold a decisive position to enable customers to turn to their usual contact person. Nothing will change regarding the reliable invoice download, including customer defined workflows, either.
“By ourselves, we would not have been able to stem the growth, that could be imminently predicted by the huge response we received, in such a short time”, Björn Kahle explains the decision. For that reason, he and Florian Christ, who also holds the position of managing director of FinTech company fino digital GmbH, expanded their existing relationship and pooled their resources into fino data services GmbH. “The core of fino’s products is account analysis. Based on this, we develop the exciting solutions and services expected by people in today’s digital world. So GetMyInvoices is the perfect fit for us”, Florian Christ clarifies. Accordingly, customers may look forward to profitable expansions.
“With our available team of now 75 experts, we can see to realizing our customers’ wishes with our solutions even faster and better”, Björn Kahle rejoices. A first new expansion is the download of account and credit card statements. To begin with, the developers have already added 1,500 bank portals, meaning that – including invoicing portals – GetMyInvoices can now boast more than 4,500 online portals for automatized document download.Back
