Lübeck/Berlin. As part of a cooperation, Agicap and GetMyInvoices have linked the areas of digital invoice management and liquidity planning. Companies will now benefit from holistic liquidity management that includes all supplier invoices and allows for an even more reliable forecast.
The liquidity management solution Agicap automatically categorizes the transactions on all company bank accounts and thus compares the expected income and expenses for a certain period. The result is presented to the user daily in a clear dashboard. From there, he can then make accurate forecasts about the future liquidity of the business and anticipate possible fluctuations via customized scenarios.
At the same time, GetMyInvoices automatically retrieves all supplier invoices from various sources, such as online portals or email inboxes, and makes them available in a central location. Invoices received by post can be scanned using a smartphone app and uploaded to the document management system.
Agicap users can automatically import the invoices from GetMyInvoices into their solution through the now available interface. They are assigned to the open items and categorized according to individual specifications. The liquidity graph is also updated automatically. In addition, Agicap includes the available items in the liquidity forecasts, resulting in a special preview of the payment dates in the coming weeks.
