You saved invoices in other cloud services, invoicing tools or document management systems? Not a bother! We automatically import those into our central document management.
Third party solutions as data source
Some of your invoices might be found in cloud solutions like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or Box, or in a document management system. We import those also, and automatically extract all relevant information.
Even outgoing invoices, e.g. via easybill, can be added this way to the central document management.
GetMyInvoices supports your workflow
If you file, as part of your existing workflow framework, released invoices in a particular folder in Dropbox, SharePoint etc, you can continue managing them this way. By fetching invoices from those locations, GetMyInvoices supports your workflow.
Our preparatory accounting workflow capabilities will be available to all customers from the Professional Package starting in fall 2018. Currently the function is in a closed beta phase and therefore not available to all customers.
