What the interface does
GetMyInvoices retrieves your incoming invoices automatically from online portals and email inboxes and files them in the BMD-Databox, BMD’s document store. From there you process the documents in the Eingangsrechnungskontrolle (incoming invoice review) or in the Vorerfassung (pre-entry). The transfer runs on a fixed schedule. The interface is operated and licensed by BMD. We advise you on the requirements and put you in touch with BMD.

The interface is operated and licensed by BMD. GetMyInvoices collects the invoices and delivers them to BMD. We advise you on the requirements, put you in touch with BMD and support you during setup. You receive the licence for the interface directly from BMD.
There is a monthly fee for the interface, based on the number of your clients. On top of that come the BMD licence for the data transfer and your GetMyInvoices plan. We discuss current prices and the right package with you in the free consultation.

The invoices arrive in the BMD-Databox, BMD's store for documents that have not been posted yet. From there you move them into the Eingangsrechnungskontrolle if invoices are to be approved before payment. Alternatively you move the documents straight into the Vorerfassung and post them there.
No. The interface works in one direction: GetMyInvoices hands invoices over to BMD. Posting data or documents from BMD are not sent back to GetMyInvoices. You handle approval, further processing and posting in BMD as before.
GetMyInvoices retrieves invoices from over 10,000 online portals, for example from customer accounts at Amazon or Google Ads. Added to that are invoices that arrive by email and receipts you capture with the mobile app. You store your login details once, after that the retrieval runs automatically.
Yes. The interface packages are based on the number of clients you connect. In GetMyInvoices you map your client structure and retrieve the invoices per client. For firms, GetMyInvoices also offers dedicated accountant licences.
