Run my Accounts provides companies with automated processes that carry out the tedious hard work on a daily basis. There is more time, energy and money left over to implement your own ideas. The tedious hard work in accounting is completely eliminated.
Run my Accounts also includes online accounting software. In addition to the accounting, offers and invoices can be created, and there are intuitive graphical evaluations of the current company situation. All receipts are stored in the archive as PDFs and are immediately linked to the booking.
Because accounting should be really easy for entrepreneurs, the receipts are included in Run my Accounts accounting as follows:
- The customer scans receipts to Run my Accounts for processing.
- Swiss Post is already scanning receipts in the letter distribution center. The customer receives this electronically for approval in the Run my Accounts workflow module. The originals are returned to the customer at least once a month, sorted and ready for storage.
- Take photos of expense receipts with your cell phone.
- Via web interface (rest API), e.g. from e-shops
- And brand new: via the direct interface from GetMyInvoices – without any further action.
If necessary, Run my Accounts provides an online accountant who takes care of everything else (VAT declaration, payroll accounting, annual financial statements, tax return). Otherwise, you can do these tasks yourself in the online accounting software or delegate them to your tax advisor.
