GetMyInvoices now has an email import protocol – April 2018

April is known as a varied month. We have designed our current update accordingly. Look forward to new interfaces and functions! We have also filled our calendar so that you can get in touch with us personally at various events.

New function

GetMyInvoices users now have the option of using an email import protocol. The feature can be easily accessed in the portal. The interface shows at a glance which emails have been imported and which have not. If the user wants to find out more, they can call up a detailed protocol. This way they can find out, for example, why an email was ignored. If necessary, it is possible to have emails reimported via the system.

In addition, new tagging functions are available. They allow different tags to be assigned to each folder when importing emails. Users can also work with tags when importing invoices from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive and WebDav.

Additional interfaces and portals

We now have three new interfaces to business and accounting solutions in our portfolio: Sage Live, Exact Business and Strato Online Accounting. This means that users of these solutions can benefit even more from our cloud-based invoice management. You also have the option of using GetMyInvoices to import invoices from various other portals. These include:

• Apple iTunes • DeployHQ • CodeSchool • DropSend • ShipHero • CallOne
