Spring has finally arrived and GetMyInvoices is full of energy. Our invoice management solution not only has new import interfaces and connections to other portals, but also an important new feature: Quick Feedback.
Our Quick Feedback is now used when connecting portals and makes this process even more user-friendly. If users previously had problems linking a portal, for example because sending and entering the two-factor code took too long when the system was very busy, these problems are now a thing of the past. After entering the access data, users are shown a loading screen with information about the remaining time of the current step and the code to be entered is sent directly to them. More than 500 portals already support the faster process, including the most important ones such as Google, Amazon and Facebook. The feature is gradually being rolled out to the other portals as well.
Log in with advanced single sign-on
A second improvement in usability is our expanded single sign-on login. In addition to their login data for GetMyInvoices and netID account providers, users can also log in to the backend of the invoice management solution with their login data for Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. This should really put an end to the annoying search for stored email addresses and passwords.
Import interfaces to billwerk and Deals & Projects
In addition, anyone who uses billwerk and Deals & Projects from julitec can now transfer their documents from the solutions to other systems even more easily. This is because there are now import interfaces from GetMyInvoices - on the one hand to the subscription management platform billwerk. This helps to flexibly manage contracts and open items, automate recurring invoices and automatically process recurring payments. On the other hand, the interface to the agency software from julitec supports companies in acquiring, implementing and invoicing projects. This allows, for example, outgoing invoices to be automatically forwarded to GetMyInvoices and from there to accounting solutions.
