“Thanks” to the autumnal weather this month, many GetMyInvoices users have taken the opportunity to catch up on work in the office. To make this even easier in the future, we have worked hard to further optimize our invoice management software and to provide our customers with useful knowledge at various events.
The GetMyInvoices dashboard now has a new feature: the bank account balances, which were previously visible at first glance, can now be hidden and displayed by mouseover. This meets another requirement of our customers who work with public traffic to protect sensitive financial information.
We have also continued to work on our website and have integrated our job offers more prominently. They are now directly accessible from the homepage to reachWe are currently looking for, among others, Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), Full Stack Web Developer PHP (m/f/d), Office Manager (m/f/d) and Partner Manager (m/f/d).
Presentation at the Accounting Summit
When on Wednesday, 22 September, in the STATION Berlin the Financial Services Summit 2021 takes place, we will be there. The event is a popular trade fair and conference for digitalization and innovation in accounting.
As part of the Accounting Summit Start-up Awards from 1:15 p.m. on the Main Stage, our Director of Business Operations, Christian Heimrich, will present GetMyInvoices. We hope that he can successfully convince the audience again this time and that we can take home one of the Accounting Summit Start-up Awards for the three best.

Online seminar with CAYA
Beforehand, Christian Heimrich will show interested parties in an online event together with Sophie-Marie Gruber, digitization expert at the digitization enabler CAYA, what opportunities the digitization of receipts and documents offers and how it drives the success of companies. The date for this is Tuesday, September 14, 10:00 a.m. Interested financial managers, accountants, managing directors and tax consultants will learn, for example, why the Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access (GoBD) are important for their companies, who is subject to double-entry bookkeeping and what opportunities arise from cloud-based digitization of documents. The two speakers also explain the synergy effects that arise from the integration of CAYA and GetMyInvoices and how this can streamline processes.

Online seminar with Amagno
Christian Heimrich and Henning Lübbers, Senior Sales Manager at Amagno, will explain how companies can achieve the goal of a paperless office and thus come a step closer to sustainable document management on Tuesday, September 21, from 10 a.m. The two speakers will discuss the opportunities offered by digitizing receipts and documents. The focus of the online seminar is the automatic import of invoices from GetMyInvoices into Amagno.

Online seminar with DocuWare
On Tuesday, October 26, an event will be held with the provider of cloud solutions for document management, DocuWare. From 1:30 p.m., Christian Heimrich and Oliver Stuck, Regional Sales Director at DocuWare, will explain how users can manage invoices clearly and transfer documents directly to their DocuWare account without manual intervention. Interested parties will learn how to set up automated accounting for their company in just a few steps. Registrations are here possible.
