GetMyInvoices is becoming an ever larger document hub. In February we released a new major feature that many users had been eagerly awaiting. There is also another reason to celebrate: we have exceeded the limit of 2500 connected portals. Read for yourself:
Document management systems as a data source
Many users have been waiting with great anticipation for the fact that under “synchronization” documents are not only transferred to other systems, but that document management solutions are also connected as a data source. We have now created a connection to Dropbox and Box.net. Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive will follow in the next few days.
The background is that some customers have already implemented approval processes internally and approved invoices are stored in a specific folder in Dropbox or Sharepoint. So GetMyInvoices now also collects the invoices from there and transfers them to the online accounting systems. Customers can keep their workflow.
New portals
We have exceeded the limit of 2500 portals from which we automatically download invoices. New additions include:
- MyDPD Business
- GetSocial
- AdobeStock
- HubStaff
- a2x
- Thrive Themes
- Hub Planner
- GitLab
- fiverr
accounting
All good things come in threes. Firstly, we have implemented a new interface to 1&1 accounting and secondly, an extension to the sevDesk connection. Users can now pre-define the cost center in GetMyInvoices so that they do not have to enter it again in sevDesk. This completes the automation. Up until now, users could already set the sevDesk contact and the booking category.
Thirdly, we now have an increased partner status with Xero, so that the transfer to the solution is completely automated. Customers no longer have to press the “Start” button in GetMyInvoices and then authorize themselves with Xero to initiate the transfer of the documents.
Further innovations
For invoices that have been imported via email, users can now click on “Details” in the user interface to see which email the invoice came from. We have also expanded our API. This now makes it possible to import invoice data via API to update.
We are also pleased that the BIT publication has published a technical article about our solution. Under the title “All incoming invoices automatically in view” Learn how GetMyInvoices helps businesses save time.
