February is naturally a short month. Nevertheless, we have managed to improve our user experience in many areas. For example, GetMyInvoices now has a new feature that makes it easy to switch accounts and offers daily group welcome meetings. We are also inviting you to a special tax advisor event on March 2nd and have connected numerous new portals.
The quick account switching feature is a tool for power users who have to log in and out of different GetMyInvoices accounts several times a day. With a few settings, they can ensure that they can switch between accounts in the backend under “Switch account” with a click of the mouse and no longer have to log in again manually. To do this, they log into the backend and go to “Linked accounts” under “Account data”. There they can send invitations to the users they act as in other GetMyInvoices accounts. The invitation is then sent by email and must be confirmed by clicking on the link provided. This involves logging into the account, which is then directly linked.

Users who start with GetMyInvoices can book daily virtual welcome and intro events. In 45 minutes, they will learn how to optimally set up their account and take their first steps with our invoice management solution. The meetings will take place as follows:
– Mondays: 2:00 p.m. – Tuesdays: 09:00 – Wednesdays: 3:00 p.m. – Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. – Fridays: 12:00
