Time control
Users can now set in their account on which days and at what time GetMyInvoices should perform downloads from portals. The reason for this is that some portals require two-factor code authentication. The individual time control ensures that users have to enter this code during normal business hours and not in the middle of the night.
Expansion of the mobile app
Our available since last year Mobile apps are becoming increasingly popular. Once installed on a smartphone or other mobile device, users can capture receipts wherever they arise and conveniently share them with others. In addition, it is now also possible to assign a payment status to invoices while on the move. This lets employees at the company headquarters know that invoices have already been paid and that further enquiries are unnecessary.
GetMyInvoices for tax advisors
More and more Tax advisors use GetMyInvoices to simplify communication with their clients by simply exchanging documents with each other. With the newly added digital client mailbox, we are going one step further. This allows tax advisors to receive their clients’ invoices directly and easily. To do this, they simply create @getmyinvoices email addresses and ask their clients’ suppliers to send invoices to this address in the future. The even more granular rights concept also allows for more precise control over which office employees can access which documents and which cannot.
