GetMyInvoices launches improved banking module – January 2021

Right at the start of the year we have some interesting new features. For example, our recently available banking module has been updated. You can now use it to create your own receipts if the original has been lost. You can also now upload account transactions to GetMyInvoices that are older than 90 days in order to assign them to the corresponding invoices. Our connections to various shop systems are also new, so that e-commerce retailers can automate their entire invoice management.

If you haven’t yet taken part in our invoice management study, you should do so quickly. The survey only takes a few minutes. As a thank you, you will receive an analysis of your savings potential and you can win a new iPad. Here to access the study.

Last but not least, we have founded our own company in Wilmington (USA). Fortunately, more and more Americans are interested in our invoice management software and we naturally want to satisfy these requests. We will establish contacts with complementary providers and expand our network.

Banking module with extended options

We have received a lot of positive feedback for our new banking module. Thank you very much for that! Of course, we are not resting on our laurels, but are working hard on further improvements. We can already present the first results today. This includes the option to create your own receipts. Unfortunately, sometimes a receipt gets lost and companies have to create their own receipt in order to meet their obligation to be complete. This is very easy in GetMyInvoices. We have provided a form that asks for all the necessary information. Simply fill it in, print it out, and you’re done!

Another new feature is that users can now upload transactions that are older than 90 days to GetMyInvoices. To do this, they create a CSV file in their online banking software and then import it into GetMyInvoices. Our invoice management software suggests suitable invoices based on the amounts, supplier names and intended use, which only need to be confirmed with a click of the mouse. This means that the preparatory accounting is completed in no time.

GetMyInvoices collects invoices from shop systems

Attention online retailers! You can now import receipts resulting from product sales on various online platforms and shop systems into GetMyInvoices and save a lot of time. Time that you can use to further roll out your online business.

In order for outgoing invoices from Shopware, PrestaShop, Opencart, OXID or xt:Commerce to be available in GetMyInvoices, the user only needs to add a plug-in or extension and set it up once. Online retailers who use Shopify, Ecwid, BigCommerce or WooCommerce connect their e-commerce system with the “Printout Designer” application and can print and send invoices and receipts. Using the “Central email inbox/receipt inbox” function, these can be easily synchronized with the GetMyInvoices account so that they are available there immediately after they are created. Automatic retrieval of outgoing invoices from marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba or Rakuten is also possible. All integrations are here compiled.

In a study conducted jointly with FastBill, we are examining the accounting of various companies in Germany. We want to identify potential for digital invoice management.
