GetMyInvoices imports documents from e-commerce solutions – June 2020

The longest days of the year are already behind us - and we’ve made good use of them. We’ve set up helpful new integrations in GetMyInvoices and further improved our invoice management solution. For example, users can now export documents to ProSonata, soon create Zaps with GetMyInvoices in zapier and automatically transfer invoices from various e-commerce systems to accounting.

ProSonata is a software for agencies, consultants, engineers, freelancers and project-based companies. It simplifies project management, time tracking and invoicing. About the Synchronization to ProSonata In GetMyInvoices, all documents automatically collected in our invoice management solution can be exported to ProSonata without any manual effort.

Links with zapier and e-commerce systems

At zapier is a web service that allows its users to automate actions between different web apps. By linking it with GetMyInvoices, workflows, so-called Zaps, can also be created with our invoice management solution or the documents in it. Specifically, users define a triggering event - a trigger in one application - to initiate an action in another application. In this way, they automate repetitive tasks, leaving them more time for other work. We also provide plug-ins and extensions for commonly used e-commerce systems. These are:

As soon as they are public on the individual platforms, all companies and freelancers can connect their shop systems to GetMyInvoices with just a few clicks of the mouse and thus, for example, automatically make invoices sent via the shops available to the accounting systems.

Further improvements in GetMyInvoices

GetMyInvoices now also has a new interface function. This makes it possible to transfer invoices based on payment status. If, for example, a user wants only documents that have already been paid to be sent to another solution, they can configure the interface so that only invoices with the status “Paid” are sent. This allows the transfer of documents to be controlled even more precisely than before.

Our Communication Center also offers additional options. Users can now specify whether and how often they would like to be informed about incoming messages by email. To do this, they just need to select between “never,” “immediately,” “every hour,” and “daily” in the settings.

New portals

Of course, we also connected numerous new portals in June so that users can access their documents from them. These include:

  • WebstaurantStore
  • Warnow crossing
  • Data Protection Generator Schwenke
  • Heineken
  • Deutsche Telekom M2M Portal
  • Yoast
  • Madsack online service
