To mark the start of spring, we have spruced up GetMyInvoices. Our invoice management solution now has interfaces to d.velop, Invoice Ninja and MOCO. There is a revised dashboard, a new security feature in the scan app, news from the USA and, of course, a surprise. After all, Easter is just around the corner.
Our additional interfaces
Via the interface to d.velop It is possible to automatically export documents from GetMyInvoices to the document management system. Users can then edit all relevant information there - regardless of whether it is invoices, offers, delivery notes or emails. This significantly simplifies accounting processes in particular.
Invoice Ninja is an open source solution for invoicing and billing. This allows you to create and send invoices from any internet-enabled device. Thanks to the interface to GetMyInvoices, these are now automatically sent to our invoice management solution.
In addition, we collect invoices from MOCO – a cloud software for agencies and other project-based service providers, so that these documents are also available in GetMyInvoices together with all other collected documents.
Dynamic Dashboard
Our new dashboard adapts to the current user, their activated features and their permissions. For example, immediately after logging in, you can see at a glance what is important today and notifications appear more prominently.
The Logo API by fino , which is now also integrated into GetMyInvoices. The current logos of the created companies and portals are automatically integrated so that they are immediately recognizable and provide even faster orientation.
Additional security for the scanning app
To make using our app even safer, we have equipped it with a new feature. It can be secured using Face ID, Touch ID or PIN. This means that when activated, it can only be opened using the selected option. Safety first!

News from the USA
We also continued to work hard in the USA. There are also numerous documents there and people who want to simplify their work with them. Two months after entering the market, we have already gained three-digit numbers of new customers, set up an English-speaking support team and received a lot of positive feedback. We are highly motivated and are currently talking to various partners about cooperations in order to conquer the market.
Speaking of news: Our workflow feature is almost complete. We are currently fine-tuning it so that we can launch it soon.
