Connection with ADDISON OneClick
We are now a premium partner for the collaboration platform ADDISON OneClick from Wolters Kluwer. As such, we offer clients of tax consultants who exchange documents via ADDISON OneClick, among other things, the opportunity to benefit from GetMyInvoices. You can automatically import documents into the ADDSION OneClick document archive. You have the option of retrieving invoices from more than 2,500 portals and from email inboxes and entering documents on the go using a smartphone or tablet. Once transferred to the document archive, entrepreneurs no longer have to forward the documents to the tax consultant. They can also access them, download the required documents and at the same time make digitized documents available in the office. This connection between ADDISON OneClick and GetMyInvoices saves entrepreneurs up to five minutes per invoice.
Our deep integration into the OneClick platform was presented at the industry event “ADDISON move on - TO THE NEXT LEVEL 2018” in Berlin and Cologne. We were really impressed by the interest and support we received live on site and would like to thank Andreas Hermanutz’s team again for the great events.
Automatic invoice download for DIGI-BEL
In addition, we work with Meeting Minds GmbH, which offers the cloud application DIGI-BEL offers a solution for tax consultants and clients that helps to simplify and optimize the process of document digitization and transmission. Via our API integration, DIGI-BEL users will soon be able to use our automatic download of invoices as an additional option directly in their solution.
Additions and improvements
Now you have even more options to choose the package that is perfect for your company. In addition to our Essential, Standard and Professional offerings, our portfolio also includes a Small and an Enterprise package. “Small” includes the automatic download of up to 150 documents from ten portals for 19 euros per month. “Enterprise” customers can download up to 1,000 documents from 100 portals for 59 euros per month.
Improved views are available in the dashboard. Users can no longer just switch between list and tile views under the “Invoices” menu item. They also have the option of displaying invoices sorted by month. They can also see when an email import or synchronization is actively running. The status animation in the respective modules shows the situation in real time.
In addition, GetMyInvoices has a new interface to easybill – a cloud-based software that allows entrepreneurs to create outgoing invoices, for example, and, as a seller at Amazon, generate them fully automatically for sales on the platform. The invoices are automatically sent to accounting via this connection.
