This autumn will be golden - at least as far as preparatory accounting is concerned. From now on, GetMyInvoices users can do more than “just” collect documents automatically with and in our invoice management solution and forward them to other solutions. They also have the option of paying invoices directly from GetMyInvoices.With the new payment function, the time required to process invoices can be shortened even further. The required payment information no longer has to be entered into a separate program. Instead, simply open the automatically imported invoice in GetMyInvoices, click on “Payment”, enter and check the bank details, click on “Pay now” and pay the invoice securely by bank transfer! Paying has never been easier.
New Dashboard
We have developed a new dashboard to match this. The notifications and package services are displayed more prominently than before. This means that you can see at a glance which tasks need to be completed so that the automatic import of invoices and the preparatory accounting continue to function smoothly. It also shows which quotas are still available in the selected package. If necessary, the package can be expanded simply with a click of the mouse.
Additional interfaces
GetMyInvoices also has even more interfaces. We have now also set up an import synchronization interface to smallinvoice. This is an online software for invoice creation including accounts payable management, invoice dispatch, dunning, project management and time recording as well as the creation of offers. Invoices written in smallinvoice can also be automatically transferred to GetMyInvoices. There they are then available together with all other documents for further processing or for forwarding to other solutions.
We have also integrated other portals for the automatic import of documents into GetMyInvoices. These include:
