Connections are becoming increasingly important. That’s why we used September to further improve the connectivity of GetMyInvoices. There is now a new feature for connecting portals and a Microsoft Power Automate integration. We also provide users of our invoice management solution with interfaces to xentral, Accountable and Conciliator Expert.
Connect portals even more conveniently
Our new portal connection feature makes the steps required in GetMyInvoices even more user-friendly. If a user integrates a portal, he can follow the progress of the process in an icon in the bottom right of the screen. During this time, it is possible to perform other actions in the user interface. To do this, the Connecting additional portals , checking receipts or researching documents. Other applications can also be used at the same time. As soon as the portal is linked in the background, a message appears that remains displayed until it is clicked away. This lets the user know that their action was successful. The same applies to connections via two-factor authentication. A sound is played and the two-factor window automatically appears over the page in the foreground so that the code can be entered when it is needed. The user can easily continue working on other tasks in the meantime.
Automate document export and other tasks
Microsoft Power Automate is a tool for optimizing repetitive tasks and digital processes. It enables its users to automate actions between different web apps. By linking it with GetMyInvoices, workflows can be created that should be executed when a new document is available in GetMyInvoices - regardless of whether it is a scanned receipt, an incoming invoice from an online portal or an outgoing invoice from an accounting solution. Examples include automatically maintaining an Excel list with all invoice items, sending a message in Slack or generating a Trello card. Users of GetMyInvoices can use the integration simply do it yourself .
Our interface to the business software xentral enables documents from our invoice management solution, including imports from other software, to be automatically exported to xentral. Setting up this feature is done in just a few steps. Self-employed people who use Accountable can also Automatically transfer documents from GetMyInvoices to Accountable to collect them, categorize them for tax purposes, create invoices or VAT returns.
