This month we have again worked hard to further improve GetMyInvoices for you.
New synchronization connections:
Through new partnerships with four accounting systems and a cloud storage service, we are proud to present the following new connections:
- Zoho Docs: a US file hosting service; offers the possibility to access files in a cloud from anywhere.
- Intuit® QuickBooks: Intuit’s world-renowned online accounting service
- bilagscan.dk : an accounting service from Denmark with first-class OCR
- billy.dk : the online accounting software from our friends from Denmark
- bill.com: a popular US online accounting
FastBill interface
The interface to FastBill has been expanded and improved. You can now assign the FastBill supplier to the supplier in GetMyInvoices. This way, the transfer and assignment is automatic and you do not have to no more corrections in the assignment Furthermore, documents for which the OCR could not extract data now appear in the inbox in FastBill and can then be processed further from there.
Debitoor improvements
At Debitor is an online accounting program into which your invoices can be transferred directly from GetMyInvoices. Up until now, the invoices transferred there had to be sorted by you within Debitoor, as information about the invoice was not transferred. From now on, the assignment you made on GetMyInvoices will be transferred directly to Debitoor.
Amazon Message to Marketplace Seller
We have also made improvements to the **Amazon invoice download **performed. From Amazon you can use GetMyInvoices to download both the Amazon invoices themselves and invoices from the Amazon Marketplace.
For the Marketplace invoices, we have already integrated the option to request this invoice automatically. What is new now is that you can a personal message can add.
This function can be particularly interesting for you if you have foreign trading partners. They often have different requirements for creating invoices and therefore your invoice may not comply with German requirements.
In this message field you can now enter, for example, that the company name and address should appear on the invoice and the dealer will receive this note immediately when the invoice is requested.
payment with credit card
We have expanded our payment system: previously you could choose whether you wanted to pay by direct debit or Paypal, but now you can also pay by credit card. This is particularly interesting for Paypal customers, as it makes payment much easier, as you don’t have to manually enter a new payment order every month.
New portals
We have also expanded the list of portals whose invoices we can download automatically to include:
- AirTable
- Adobe Sign
- Codepen.io
- uploadcare
- Wonderlist
