Cooperation with CANDIS:
Now you can use GetMyInvoices even more effectively
The accounting software CANDIS is now integrating GetmyInvoices as an import module. This cooperation not only allows you to import your invoices and enter them using your mobile phone, but also to compare them with your bank details and pay unpaid invoices easily with PayPal, credit card or checking account with just one click.
Release for synchronization:
Control what is synchronized and when
There is a new feature in GetMyInvoices: From now on, you can control exactly what is synchronized and when. You can find this function under “Edit synchronization account”. Until now, you could only select how often GetMyInvoices should connect to Dropbox, for example, to synchronize your data.
From now on, you can select “Approval required” to ensure that your account only connects to the account when you request it.
What is this useful for?
An example of use: You have employed a freelancer who sends you invoices for his services. For example, you could only have this invoice sent automatically to accounting once you have checked the invoice and you have received payment for the customer invoice.
Improvements to existing suppliers
Download invoices from Facebook Business accounts
Another change concerns Facebook: If you have an account with which you multiple Facebook Business accounts You can now specify which Facebook invoices you want to download in your GetMyInvoices account.
To do this, simply go to “Suppliers”, select your Facebook account there or create a new supplier using “Add supplier” and select “FACEBOOK” as the online portal. Below the password field you will find “Account numbers for import”. There you enter the numbers of the accounts that you want to import into GetMyInvoices.
Multiple accounts can easily be separated with commas so that you always have control over which accounts are accessed.
Download invoices from Google Adwords MCC accounts
You can now access multiple accounts when using Google AdWords Manager. This means that it is possible to download AdWords invoices from multiple AdWords accounts.
