As is tradition, we celebrated Midsummer not only with great food and lots of fun, but also with new functions from GetMyInvoices. These include a further improved user experience in the document module and the connection to the digital workplace solution Amagno. In addition, we have prepared new online seminars - including for client onboarding for tax advisors - and created interfaces to other online portals.
All information at a glance
With our document module, manually uploading invoices and receipts is now even more convenient than before. As in the past, individual or multiple documents can be added as an upload. What’s new is that immediately after the invoice information has been read out, the data recognized by the OCR is displayed in an overview. This includes the date, invoice number, invoice amount and issuer.
Users can then view and edit the documents directly. If the OCR has not identified an invoice issuer with certainty, this is indicated in the input field with a suggestion and a question mark. If the user confirms the entry, GetMyInvoices applies this value to all documents in which the OCR has identified this company. “Documents no longer have to be edited individually,” explains Björn Kahle, Product Owner of GetMyInvoices.
Document export to Amagno
About the new interface to Amagno Users can automatically export invoices and receipts from GetMyInvoices to the digital workplace solution. This means that the documents are available for further organization and processing within a very short time and without any manual effort.
A clear user interface and intuitive search make it possible to find important information at the click of a mouse and to collaborate transparently and regardless of location. Amagno supports various workflows for this.

New online seminars
To ensure that users can make the best possible use of GetMyInvoices’ potential, we offer additional online seminars in which our experts convey the most important information in a nutshell. These virtual onboarding events are aimed exclusively at clients of tax advisors.
In addition, we have scheduled an online seminar with Agicap, provider of the liquidity planning software of the same name. The date is July 8th, 10:00 a.m. In the one-hour event, Timo Hoffmann, Head of Partnerships at Agicap Germany, together with Christian Heimrich, our Director of Business Operations, will explain,
