We are starting the new year at full speed and are pleased to be able to present you with some exciting changes. We also have many plans for 2025 to make invoice management even easier and more intuitive for you. In this article, you can read about the changes at GetMyInvoices in January.
A new look for our Help Center
It is important to us that you as a user have access to a comprehensive knowledge base at all times. In our newly designed Helpcenter you will now receive answers to your questions even faster. You can easily find all topics using the search function. Alternatively, you can simply browse through the individual categories – from First Steps Guide , above Tips & Tricks up to Workflows .
Our team regularly expands the Help Center with step-by-step instructions and information to help you use GetMyInvoices smoothly.
You can now also find status updates and notifications about planned maintenance work in the Help Center.
New function in the workflow module
Useful features were also introduced in our workflow module in January, which you can use for a smooth approval process:
- payment run total amount is now displayed
- Advanced filter options give you the opportunity to filter by transactions and payment status.
- Optimized workflow view: Customize the new workflow view – with adjustable fields in quick edit mode.
- Flexible payment options: Payment options can be turned on or off outside of workflows.
- Connect transactions: This additional workflow step checks if a transaction is connected to the document. Only if the transaction is connected does the workflow continue. This allows users to set up workflows so that all payment steps are completed and traceable, including the connection between the invoice and its payment.
Our Number of the Month
GetMyInvoices not only downloads invoices from over 10,000 online portals, but also from our customers’ connected email inboxes and stores them in their document management.
To get a feel for what our software does every day, our tech team determined how many emails were checked during the import to determine whether the email was an invoice or contained an invoice as an attachment.
The result amazed us all, because the answer is 9 million. GetMyInvoices checked 9 million emails for invoices in January. An impressive number that we don’t want to keep from you.

May we introduce you? This is Christoph, Head of Marketing at GetMyInvoices. For two years he has enriched our everyday work with his extensive knowledge, his creative ideas and his humor.
We asked him what he appreciates most about his work.
"I am proud of the sum of the tasks that we have accomplished. We are a team of five people at GetMyInvoices and we have very different tasks. It is a colorful bouquet that we work on every day - from campaigns, both online and offline, events and trade fairs. We also rely on various content formats, for example on social media or our blog. We work on this every day with a lot of energy and commitment and I am really proud of it."
