Mass request for receipts for bank transactions
Save even more time when requesting receipts. With our new feature, you can select multiple transactions and send a single request to another GetMyInvoices user. The recipient receives an email with structured links for uploading the missing receipts. These are automatically assigned to the corresponding transactions after uploading.
The new feature will be active in the top right corner of the Banking module after you have selected the desired invoices. A detailed description can be found in our Help Center article .

We’re continuously working on improving our mobile apps. You can enjoy these features since our last update:
- Link documents directly to your transactions and easily adjust the status on the go.
- Log in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) if you registered your GetMyInvoices account with Google Login.
- Status check marks show you at a glance whether a document has been scanned, uploaded, or already processed using OCR.
- Thanks to user role customization, users with read-only rights can no longer scan or edit documents and cannot see transactions.
- Improved scan quality, optimized performance and stability

Improved synchronization with Agenda & DATEV
We’ve introduced an enhanced feature for automatically shortening field contents when synchronizing with Agenda and DATEV. In addition to the description (line item), which is limited to 60 characters, the document number (36 characters) and the supplier name (50 characters) are now also automatically adjusted.
This feature is optional. You can also customize the content manually.

How did you come to GetMyInvoices?
I've known GetMyInvoices for a long time.
I started as a working student and have been a
permanent member of the team for 1.5 years now.
What excites you about your work?
I'm very proud of our collaborative work.
We have a team where everyone knows exactly how to
improve the product and GetMyInvoices, and I find
every colleague to be very ambitious. I look forward
to every exchange, and I always have the feeling that
we're managing to make GetMyInvoices better every
day.
What has been your highlight so far?
I think my highlight of last year was the
collaboration with American Express. This was our
first major project that we were able to implement
together with a global player. It was a very exciting
challenge, and I'm looking forward to everything
that's to come.
Home office or office? Our hybrid environment is definitely a challenge. Personally, I enjoy the personal interaction we have at offsites, as well as on our office days. But at the same time, I also appreciate the flexibility at home during such deep work phases, where I can simply work through topics. The mix is what makes me happy.
What challenges does your position entail? What’s particularly challenging about my work in partner management is that no two days are the same. Every day brings new challenges, and together with my colleagues, I have the opportunity to make the company a little bit better in terms of strategy.
