Enter account managers in banking
From now on, you can specify an account manager for each saved bank account and thus ensure targeted notification when transactions do not have an assigned receipt.
The account manager receives a report of all transactions with a missing receipt at regular intervals. This email contains:
- The relevant period of the transactions
- Details of the affected transactions
- An upload button to upload the missing documents directly
With this new feature, you can avoid missing receipts and ensure seamless accounting. Try it now: for banking
GetMyInvoices Gmail Plugin
Plugins are a helpful addition to your Gmail account to simplify your daily work. The GetMyInvoices Gmail plugin offers full web invoice import functionality, including the ability to define import rules.
Based on your settings, invoices are automatically detected from emails and imported from selected Gmail folders into your GetMyInvoices account. You can also easily manually upload PDF invoice attachments or entire emails to store and manage them centrally in your GetMyInvoices account.

What has been your highlight in the last few
years?
"My highlight was our offsite in February
2023. We all went to Hamburg as a company, spent two
days there, and did some really cool things together.
It was definitely a lot of fun."
Do you prefer working from home or in the office? “I’m actually in the office quite a bit, simply because I’m from Kassel, and my job initially required me to be here. I think the transition from remote to office work is really cool. I really enjoy both.”
What do you like about your job? “In principle, it’s always possible to try things out and gain your own experience from the very beginning. And you’ll always find someone to support and help you. That’s part of the team spirit.”

At the Zendesk Breakfast on March 11, our Customer Success team had another exciting update. In addition to insights into current trends, there was also plenty of time to network with other companies and share best practices.

StB EXPO on March 20 in Cologne
Our colleagues Maximilian Stahl and Tobias Nagel visited one of the most important trade fairs for tax advisors on our behalf and were enthusiastic about the numerous discussions and positive impressions. The focus of the exchange was on the automation of processes that are often still carried out manually in tax consultancies.
