More resources for GetMyInvoices

Lübeck/Kassel. From now on, fino data services GmH, based in Kassel, will be selling and expanding the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices from Simplessus. This means that the rapidly evolving software, which automatically retrieves and organizes invoices from online portals, will continue to have optimal resources in the future. It can meet the requirements of an increasing number of customers within a short period of time and develop into an even more powerful hub for all important documents.

“In recent times, we have enabled the import of invoices from numerous new portals every month, each in the two or three-digit range, and created one new interface after the other to various accounting solutions and document management systems,” says Björn Kahle, previous managing director of GetMyInvoices developer Simplessus. Like Florian Christ, he is managing director of the recently founded fino data services GmbH and will remain on board with his entire team in a key position, so that customers can continue to contact their usual contact persons. Nothing will change in the tried and tested invoice download, including the workflows defined by the customers.

“We would not have been able to handle further growth, as is apparent from the great response, within a short period of time on our own,” says Björn Kahle, explaining the decision. This is why he and Florian Christ, who is also managing director of the FinTech company fino digital GmbH, expanded their existing contact and pooled resources in fino data services GmbH. “The heart of fino’s products is account analysis. On this basis, we develop exciting solutions and services that people expect in today’s digital world. This is why GetMyInvoices is a perfect fit for us,” explains Florian Christ. Customers can therefore look forward to profitable expansions.

“With the team of 75 experts now available, we can take care of our customers’ wishes even better and faster with our solution,” says Björn Kahle happily. The first new extension is the download of bank statements and credit card statements. At the start, the developers have already connected 1500 bank portals, so that GetMyInvoices, including invoice portals, now has more than 4500 online portals for automated document downloads.
