New GetMyInvoices API

New GetMyInvoices API

Today we are pleased to present the new GetMyInvoices Accounts API In recent months, we have repeatedly received requests from users asking them to access their billing data via API.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers once again for constantly “feeding” us with new suggestions and giving us new food for thought. That’s really great and we are even more proud today to once again be releasing a feature that has been driven by customers.

With the new API, you can query your downloaded and imported invoices including meta data and also upload new invoices. This makes GetMyInvoices even more of a central data hub for incoming invoices.

We download invoices fully automatically from Internet portals, reliably import invoices from email inboxes using machine learning, offer a central email inbox for forwarding invoices, enable receipts to be uploaded via smartphone, and now you can also automatically push documents from your own systems to GetMyInvoices via API.

The API is limited to processing invoices. You do not have access to your stored passwords or other account data via the API.

To use the API you need a API key, which you can find in your account in the menu at the top right under “API access”. Only with this key can you access your billing data. The connection is encrypted via HTTPs, all data is UTF-8 encoded and in JSON format.

The API documentation can be found at https://api.getmyinvoices.com/accounts/v3/doc/ Developers will also find a RAML file , which e.g. in the Postman App can be imported. This makes getting started easy and the integration should be done quickly.

We look forward to your feedback and hope you enjoy integrating the new GetMyInvoices Accounts API.
