Team day in Hamburg: exchange, inspiration and maritime flair
A few weeks ago, our team headed to Hamburg with our colleagues from fino. The program included not only engaging discussions but also some real highlights, such as a visit to the impressive Elbphilharmonie and a harbor cruise in glorious sunshine.
As we gazed over the city and the harbor, there was plenty of time for reminiscing, inspiring conversations, and new ideas. The day once again demonstrated the value of personal exchange and shared experiences. It was an all-around wonderful day, full of team spirit and Hanseatic charm.

For me, the highlight isn’t a single moment, but rather the opportunity to be involved in something big. That motivates me every day.
Is there a tool or hack that you can’t do without in your daily work?
As a programmer? Obviously: the keyboard.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy being out in nature. Hiking is a wonderful way for me to unwind and recharge my batteries.
