How to set up document exchange between 1CRM and GetMyInvoices

1. Start Integration Process

Login to GetMyInvoices > Choose “Synchronization” in the right-hand drop-down menu under your name > Click “Add Synchronization Account” > Click “Import” > Choose 1CRM > Click “Continue”!

Enter a new name for the synchronization account > Add the user name, password and URL for your 1CRM account > Choose the document type you want to synchronize > Specify the time interval for synchronization > Click “Save”!

After a short interval, you can see the synchronization information under the main menu item “Synchronization” > The documents will be available to you shortly afterwards in GetMyInvoices.

GetMyInvoices simplifies receipt export from 1CRM

1CRM is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for small and medium-sized enterprises. Clients can use it to manage all information relating to its company’s customers. The features include a proposals system and invoicing management with the possibility to centrally manage products, as well as creating delivery notes, shipment confirmations and invoices. Furthermore, you can plan campaigns and centrally organise service contracts, service cases and projects.

Via an interface, documents can simply be imported from the CRM solution to GetMyInvoices. From there, you have the possibility to automatically transfer them to numerous other applications.
