Kassel. The invoice management solution GetMyInvoices now has an interface to the business software bexio. This allows users to automatically import their offers, invoices and orders created in bexio into GetMyInvoices. From there, the documents can be transferred to a variety of other systems. This gives companies the opportunity to set up highly individual and efficient workflows for various accounting tasks.
“By implementing the new interface, we have taken up the wishes of several users,” explains Björn Kahle, Managing Director of fino data services GmbH, provider of GetMyInvoices. To date, more than 20,000 small businesses, start-ups and self-employed people use bexio to manage contacts, create offers, invoices, orders and credit notes, send offers and invoices by email directly from the application, post outgoing invoices and enter supplier invoices. In addition, supplier invoices can be sent to e-banking, reconciliations can be made with the bank account, and the balance sheet and profit and loss statement can be created. Options for product management, time recording and projects as well as warehouse management complete the range of functions.
Users who want to export receipts from bexio can automatically transfer the desired documents to GetMyInvoices. Relevant information is extracted automatically and is available for further processing. What’s special about it: In GetMyInvoices’ central receipt management, users can organize receipts from a wide variety of sources in a clear manner. The software retrieves incoming invoices from more than 3,000 online portals and from email inboxes. Paper receipts can be entered using a smartphone or tablet, and bank statements and credit card statements can be retrieved. All other documents can be imported from numerous other systems, including cloud storage. Users have the option of archiving all files and synchronizing them with other systems. The range extends from cloud storage to online accounting and tax advisor applications. GetMyInvoices also has a DATEV export interface on board. Björn Kahle explains: “Anyone who uses GetMyInvoices as a central document hub for their accounting tasks can design their workflow exactly to their requirements.”
