Kassel. Stotax Select users now have even more options for importing receipts into the cloud software from Stollfuß Medien GmbH & Co. KG. This is because it now has an interface to the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices, which automatically compiles a wide variety of documents. This saves companies time and effort. Tax advisors can always access the latest invoices and other relevant receipts. “GetMyInvoices retrieves documents from thousands of online portals - from invoices to telephone bills and insurance notices,” says Björn Kahle, Managing Director of finodataservices GmbH, provider of GetMyInvoices, adding: “Our solution also imports invoices from defined email inboxes and users have the option of uploading receipts themselves.” A manual upload function and a scan app are available for this purpose, with which, for example, receipts can be conveniently and securely recorded directly at the place where they are created. This means that all documents relevant to accounting are transferred to the central document management system within a very short time. From there they can be easily processed further. In this process, users have the option, among other things, of specifying which of the documents they want to automatically export to Stotax Select and at what time interval. The autopilot then takes over the transfer. In Stotax Select, the documents are immediately available together with the invoices and receipts generated there - depending on the module - and those imported in other ways. The documents can be sent directly to the tax advisor via a seamless interface.
