This includes not only extended functions, but also new interfaces including an upgrade of the DATEV interface. We are also introducing a new product: FINUX.
Advanced features
GetMyInvoices now automatically recognizes discount opportunities in invoices. For example, if an invoice is imported from an email inbox, our software identifies when the recipient can claim discounts and notifies the user. This allows them to save money.
Upgrade of the DATEV interface
The DATEV interface has been upgraded to a higher version. This means that users now have more options at their disposal. Previously, the receipts could only be exported to the main folder, but now a separate folder can also be selected for this. There is the option to transfer notes and select invoice numbers of up to 36 characters.
New interfaces
GetMyInvoices has recently started exporting receipts to Stotax Select – a cloud software for digital collaboration between clients and tax advisors. This gives companies the opportunity to forward all their tax-relevant receipts, which they automatically collect in GetMyInvoices, to Stotax and to their tax advisor without any effort.
Over a Interface to the business software bexio Users can automatically import their offers, invoices and orders into GetMyInvoices and transfer them from there to a variety of other systems. This gives them the opportunity to set up highly individual and efficient workflows for various accounting tasks.
Users of the open source CRM software 1CRM and julitec CRM also have the option of importing documents created in the solutions, such as invoices, into GetMyInvoices. From there, they can synchronize the documents with numerous other desired applications. GetMyInvoices also imports invoices from Monsum – a subscription management software from FastBill.
