Despite the coronavirus and contact restrictions, we have achieved a lot in the past few weeks. GetMyInvoices now has numerous new interfaces to other solutions and simplifications in terms of our payment functions. Here is an overview:
Previously, all bank details had to be entered manually when making transfers from GetMyInvoices. Users now have the option of creating standard templates for the bank account they want to pay with and then selecting these in the payment process. Furthermore, IBAN, BIC and a standard purpose can be stored for a creditor, for example a recurring supplier. These fields are then filled in automatically if the corresponding data cannot be found in the respective document. An individual purpose can be specified with one click. This makes paying even easier and more convenient.
Interfaces for FTP, fileee and openHandwerk
Our invoice management solution now also offers the option of importing documents via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). This gives us a universal interface for connecting numerous systems. For example, invoices from shop systems can be transferred to GetMyInvoices via the network protocol without any manual effort and from there automatically forwarded to accounting systems and numerous other solutions.
In addition, users of fileee, a personal assistance service for the automatic management of paper and digital documents, can now collect documents even more easily when using GetMyInvoices. Our software automatically retrieves the desired documents, which can also include contracts, from numerous sources and makes them available to fileee via an export interface. Users can then manage these there as usual. You can find documentation of the interface here .
In addition, openHandwerk users now have the option of automatically forwarding outgoing invoices created in the tradesman software to GetMyInvoices. From there, they can be transferred to the accounting software used or to the tax advisor without any manual effort. This saves tradesmen time and document management is less prone to errors, as no documents are forgotten and no media breaks occur. We have developed the interface here documented.
