The days are getting shorter, the sunlight is getting less. But we haven’t skimped on our work. So, at the start of Advent, we can now announce helpful new features in our invoice management solution GetMyInvoices. These include an export interface to Roger.ai, an improved interface to SevDesk and the option to set up mandatory two-factor authentication for all users of an account.
Optimized workflows
The interface to Roger.ai is a synchronization interface. This means that users can automatically transfer documents that they have collected with GetMyInvoices to the accounting automation tool specifically for small and medium-sized companies and accountants, saving themselves the time and effort of manually forwarding invoices and receipts.
The optimized interface to the SevDesk accounting software now allows users to choose whether receipts exported to SevDesk should be automatically marked as paid or not. In doing so, we have fulfilled a request from many customers. Since invoices that have been paid in SevDesk cannot be changed, many users were looking for a way to switch off the synchronization of the payment status in order to decide for themselves how they want to deal with the receipts in the accounting solution. The new option results in an improved workflow.
Our new scanning app, which is being used by more and more users, also offers more options. It is available for Android as well as for iOS available. Once installed on the mobile device, paperwork no longer stands a chance. Users can record receipts wherever they arise and conveniently share them with others.
Even greater security
In addition, our customers now have the option of setting up mandatory two-factor authentication for all GetMyInvoices users. After checking the box in the user settings, each user must activate two-factor authentication and enter the two-factor code each time to access the program. This increases security to prevent unauthorized access to the account!
