Office Days – of creativity and growth
In July we had the opportunity to work together intensively on two days. What was special about it was that in addition to our office in Kassel, we also met in a co-working space in Hamburg. This flexibility in choosing our work locations and times is a great advantage of our way of working and promotes creativity in our team. Our highlight this month: we welcome our new colleague Burcin. As a customer communication expert, she strengthens the Customer Success team and ensures that our customers receive all the relevant information to successfully integrate GetMyInvoices into their company.
New feature in the dashboard
You now have the option of submitting a request to our customer support directly from your dashboard. This function is intended to make it easier for you to contact us and to ensure that your concerns reach us quickly and in a structured manner. This is how it works:
- Log in to your dashboard as usual.
- In the top right corner of the menu, click on the question mark symbol.
- Select “Create Ticket” from the drop-down menu.
With this innovation, we would like to offer you a
simple and convenient way to communicate your concerns
to us.

Software updates: What's new?
Introducing the new approval feature in our
workflows
By popular request from our customers, we are
pleased to introduce an exciting new feature: the
enhanced approval function in our workflows. This
improvement is designed to make the handling of
approvals even more flexible and intuitive, so that
your processes run more efficiently and your teams can
work more productively. The heart of this innovation
is the approval button, which you can use to approve
the current step in the approval process and manually
assign it to your team members or yourself in the next

New portal connections
We are
constantly expanding our portfolio. This month we have
also connected new portals for you. New additions in
July include: tactiq.io, Team-GPT, Monotype and
Logie.ai. You can find a complete list of our new

- Multichannel Day on August 29th – THE e-commerce trade fair for online retailers: As an online retailer, you process a large number of incoming and outgoing invoices. - DIGITAL X on 18 and 19 September: We will be in Cologne again in September. This time it will be all about digitization and its impact on the economy and society.
