There is a lot to explore during Advent. If you have an Advent calendar, you can look forward to a little surprise behind a new door every day. If you use GetMyInvoices to automatically retrieve invoices etc. from various sources and transfer them to other applications, you have the opportunity to discover a lot at once via the dashboard. We present twelve of the useful surprises that complement the core functions of the invoice management solution below - one for each month of the year.
Advanced document features
There are a number of additional functions related to the documents. They can be displayed as a list or tiles, for example. From the overview, users can generate a link for any invoice or receipt, which automatically expires after one to 30 days, depending on the selection. They can also share the documents simply by clicking the mouse. If you have a question about a receipt, you can chat with team members and the tax advisor directly on the file using a button. Support can also be contacted this way. This can also be done at any time using the speech bubble symbol at the bottom right.
Intelligent OCR
The character recognition (OCR) automatically reads out relevant invoice information and is constantly learning. Users can communicate with the software with a mouse click. Simply open the document in edit mode and use the mouse to mark an invoice item, for example! The OCR then reads the field and stores the result under “Invoice items”, so nothing needs to be entered manually.
Evaluations
The preset analysis options on the left show an overview of the top 10 portals, an analysis by tag, company/portal volume and gross amounts by month and country. This way, users can see at any time, with just a click of the mouse, how much income they have generated so far in the current year and how much money they have spent.
Scan App
The left side of the dashboard contains a link that can be used to download the GetMyInvoices scanning app for your smartphone. This makes digitizing receipts even faster than using a scanner, because the app automatically uploads the captured documents to GetMyInvoices.

If you want to stay up to date, you will find links to GetMyInvoices’ YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram profiles under “Info” on the left. This means you can connect with us without having to search. There is also a link to our blog. The online portals that our developers have recently integrated are listed under “new portals”. Users can also go directly to our help section.

Multiple languages
Users will find the “Account Data” under the account name in the top right corner. When they open this, they can choose between the language settings English, German, Spanish, Dutch and French.
Tag Management
Under the account name in the top right corner you will also find the “Tag Management”. By clicking on the plus symbol you can organize existing tags and add new, individual ones. This enables finely controlled evaluations.
Notifications
With the email notification options, users don’t miss a thing. They can be defined in the top right under the account name. For example, messages are possible for new documents, two-factor code requests, document imports, possible problems, overdue invoices and discount periods.
protocol
A log is also available at the top right under the account name. All registrations can be viewed there, also filtered by user and date. If desired, a document log can be generated and downloaded, which contains all information from all documents for an audit or compliance audit.
Individual design
Clothes make the man. That’s why the appearance in GetMyInvoices is very important. It can be completely customized on the right under the account name - everything is possible, from the CI to the Christmas look.
earn money
Last but not least, users can earn money with GetMyInvoices. This is possible through our affiliate program, which can be accessed via the dashboard on the left-hand side under “Info”. Users can also refer friends using the corresponding function on the right-hand side under the account name and receive 20 euros for each friend referred. This means there is more money available for Christmas presents.
