“We heard about GetMyInvoices and were really excited that this solution automatically downloads invoices from portals so we could save ourselves that work. As a first step we tried the free trial, set up a few portals and familiarised ourselves with the software. We saw that we benefit a lot from GetMyInvoices and decided straight away to keep using it.

In practice we mainly use GetMyInvoices for the automatic download of invoices from different portals and for transferring them to sevDesk, our accounting software. From there we can continue with our existing workflow. We currently have ten to 20 portals connected to GetMyInvoices, so the solution collects a few dozen invoices for us each month. We save about five minutes per invoice — several hours a month. That is the biggest benefit for us. We also eliminate manual, monotonous tasks, which naturally improves motivation at work.

What we like most about GetMyInvoices is the sevDesk interface that transfers invoices there automatically, and the simple UI that is self-explanatory and easy to use. Even so we had a few questions at the start and contacted support, who answered them very quickly. For example we wanted to connect a portal that was not yet listed in GetMyInvoices. It was added promptly so we could benefit fully from the solution. Overall GetMyInvoices is a big relief because it automatically downloads invoices from portals, classifies them and transfers them straight into the accounting software.
