GetMyInvoices imports invoices from openHandwerk

Lübeck. The invoice management solution GetMyInvoices now also synchronizes documents with the tradesman software openHandwerk. This allows openHandwerk users to automatically forward outgoing invoices created in the solution to their accounting software or to their tax advisor. They benefit from a faster and more secure workflow with significantly less manual effort than before.

The invoices from openHandwerk are transferred directly to GetMyInvoices via an interface that can be configured with just a few mouse clicks. There they are available in the central document management system - together with other documents that users can automatically collect with GetMyInvoices from thousands of online portals, email inboxes, third-party solutions and via a scan app. They can be easily organized via the web browser. The functions also include synchronization with various accounting systems such as Lexoffice, FastBill, CANDIS and QuickBooks. The desired documents can be sent to the tax advisor on autopilot via interfaces to DATEV, ADDISON OneClick and Stotax Select. All that is required is an initial setting in the backend of GetMyInvoices. Users are guided through the process in just a few steps.

The advantages: “Manually collecting documents from different sources and manually forwarding them for preparatory accounting are no longer necessary. Document management with GetMyInvoices saves time and is less prone to errors, as no documents are forgotten and there are no media breaks as with manual transfer,” explains Björn Kahle, COO of fino, provider of the invoice management software GetMyInvoices. This improves communication with different departments in the company or with the tax advisor, and job satisfaction increases.

“This added value fits perfectly with our mission of mapping the entire value chain for craft businesses and construction companies in our solution and with the help of partners,” adds Martin Urbanek, Managing Director of openHandwerk GmbH. He says: “We can already imagine expanding the interface, which is currently only activated for outgoing invoices, at a later date.”
