Lübeck. Microsoft SharePoint users who process invoices using the cloud service will now receive automatic support in their work. The invoice management software GetMyInvoices now has an interface for transmitting documents to SharePoint. The time-consuming manual collection of documents is no longer necessary.
When preparing their accounting, companies are faced with the challenge of collecting invoices from different sources. This includes downloading from online portals, email inboxes, invoice creation tools, shop systems and other solutions. GetMyInvoices takes on this task and then makes the documents available securely in the cloud. The range of services also includes a scanning app with which paper-based invoices or receipts can be easily photographed and information relevant to the accounting can be read out. Invoices can also be conveniently managed, approved and paid via an intuitive web interface. The automatic export of documents to MS SharePoint can also be integrated into the individual workflow.
Resource gain for value-added activities
The corresponding Interface is with just a few clicks configured so that SharePoint users can now access the invoices they need without any manual effort - regardless of location and from all devices. For example, they can structure, approve and share the documents and thus seamlessly integrate them into their usual collaboration with team colleagues inside and outside the company.
“This creates enormous potential,” emphasizes Björn Kahle, COO of fino, the provider of GetMyInvoices. He explains: “Our interface gives all 200,000 companies and 190 million SharePoint users an additional opportunity to make their invoicing processes consistently digital, simple, even faster and completely transparent. They gain time that they can use for their value-added tasks.”
