New faces and familiar encounters
We love to develop together. That’s why we’re happy to welcome our new team members Kerstin, Nicolas and Agnesa to our dynamic team and to expand our team! At the monthly office day in Kassel, the three had the opportunity to get to know their colleagues in person. These meetings, which take place once a month, are always a highlight. They are intense, fun and educational at the same time. In keeping with the halfway point of the year, we reviewed the first half of the year and developed an outlook for the second half of the year. We particularly appreciate the inspiring atmosphere in which conversations are held and ideas exchanged everywhere. Each time we say goodbye with great anticipation of the next meeting, always ready for our next step.

restructuring for better customer support
We are currently working on redesigning our support team to not only respond to inquiries, but also to support our customers more proactively in the future. Our goal is to make the introduction of GetMyInvoices as easy and smooth as possible for companies. In addition to our team structure, we are working on our support processes. One part of this is changing our support system, which means more convenience, better service and greater traceability of their tickets for our customers. We have already tested the new solution extensively and the change will take place in the coming weeks. Don't worry: data from the old system will not be transferred, but we will of course take care of all open tickets so that you do not have to ask your existing questions again. Our mission: continuous progress for more happy customers.

Update of the DATEV interface
Our large number of interfaces also requires
continuous adjustments and optimizations. We are
currently working on an update of the DATEV interface.
In this case, no active action is required from the
customer; we optimize completely in the background.
Fun fact: In the last 30 days we have transferred
216,000 documents to DATEV.

Christian Deak We were particularly pleased to receive an invitation from tax consultant Christian Deák. As the head of the Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes (FAIT) He regularly invites graduates to talk about current developments and future forecasts. The increasing digitization and automation in tax offices was a central topic. It was exciting to gain insights into the tax industry and to discuss possible solutions. A big thank you to Christian for his commitment and valuable cooperation.
d.velop & DATEV Partner Summit In June, the d.velop Summit and the DATEV Partner Summit on the monthly agenda. Our partner manager Loris was on site to maintain and strengthen relationships with our partners. The d.velop Summit impressed with innovations in digital transformation, especially in the areas of document management and process automation. Highlights were the new solutions in the d.velop ecosystem and the exchange with many existing and potential partners. The DATEV Partner Summit focused on new impulses and the digitization of tax consulting. Inspiring keynotes on the topic of e-invoicing and practical workshops offered valuable insights and suggestions. Both summits offered excellent opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange and were extremely enriching. A great opportunity to deepen existing partnerships and make new contacts. Thank you again for the invitations.
